All orders will be only deliveried upon confirmation of payment except any other agreement applied .

Reusable spo2 sensors are carried 12 months warranty to repair for free due to the quality problems since ex-factory, ECG cable and leadwires,Spo2 adapter cable,are carried 6 months for free( excluding disposable spo2 sensor), but not including the misuse,negligence or accidents causing from the buyer.

Exchanging or returning the orders will only be accepted upon pre-anthorization,Returning or exchanging are possible with 15 days after the goods are received,Customer is responsible for all transport cost related to the return of items under warranty or for repair,we can't reimburse freight costs or other related transport costs for any returned goods.A USD25 or 20% Restocking fee,whichever is greater,will be charged for all goods returned due to customer overstocking or order Error.
